Dave entered the U.S Navy and became a member of SEAL Team Two in 1987.  He completed deployments worldwide where he specialized in counter-terrorist tactics before taking orders at the Pentagon under the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict.  He became a licensed private investigator in Virginia , prior to Massachusetts and Rhode Island and now serves as a Commanding Officer for NR Naval Security Forces.  Dave co-founded TBK Investigations in 1997 and operates out of Newport, RI; he has a concealed weapons license and works in executive protection, security consulting (assessments/risk-analysis) and corporate, domestic and insurance-based surveillance.
